COUNSELLING is available for individuals, couples, and family groupings.

Counselling involves a process, relationship, and plan that we - client and therapist - create together. Additional supports for the process may include your own relationships, innate skills, your spiritual beliefs and practices; and may also include meditation, and/or NeurOptimal Neurofeedback (Brain Training). I am happy to help you to incorporate any of these into counselling.
