COUNSELLING and NeurOptimal® NEUROFEEDBACK (aka Brain Training) are available for adults and youth (age 10 and up). Counselling is available for individuals, couples, and family groupings.

While Neurofeedback can only take place in person under Covid safe protocols, counselling may take place ONLINE, IN-PERSON, by TELEPHONE, or while walking a nearby forest path.

Counselling involves a process, relationship, and plan that we - client and therapist - create together. Additional supports for the process may include your own relationships, innate skills, your spiritual beliefs and practices; and may also include meditation, and/or NeurOptimal Neurofeedback (Brain Training). I am happy to help you to incorporate any of these into counselling.

Brain Training

Depending on your needs, NeurOptimal NEUROFEEDBACK, aka BRAIN TRAINING, may provide some of the same outcomes as counselling ….without counselling. Brain Training optimizes healthy mental and emotional functioning by reducing the effects of stress and reactivity, and improving the flexibility of your brain.

Without (often unconscious) reactivity, healthier sleep patterns may return, and the brain (re-learns) to operate more freely and optimally.
Many people report increased confidence & productivity; more fulfilling relationships; and increased creativity and happiness.

Obstacles, including stress, become more easily managed, and problems are more resolvable.
